When should I FTP my site to the server?

your site uses a _vtf_cnf folder, ensure that the contents of that
folder are also uploaded.
Continued: Using your desktop calendar, make a repetitive task to upload

to open the file, make a change to a full paragraph and upload it
back into the web server via FTP. Gradually, the spider will come

genuine policy to ensure fresh content is listed. If you do this
just for engine spamming, you will soon lose out because if the
content is not fresh, you will fall into the algorithm trap that
will lower your ranking. When performed for visitor reasons, your
page will travel up the ranking ladder.
