What
is a key phrase?
A key phrase is the combination of 2 (two) keywords with an
immediate and conclusion word at the front and rear of the main
target words.
Use this to great effect by spicing up your web
page design and search engine optimisation techniques, each time you
write a section inside your pages, add an additional textual
description before and after the targeted keyword.
Examples
Write keywords and key phrases (multi-word
phrases) inside a word document as you build a website. Store the
points inside the doc and re-visit the file often so that you can
expand on what is important for you and learn to extend the
multi-word phrases inside the web page design domain. Register all
the expanded words and count them.

in mind and to put them in place as you develop the pages and

HTML <title> element, <heading> elements, breadcrumb navigation
links, product names and descriptions, and cross-links. From there,
the modern method of Ontology and Cross Matching, Synonym, Adjective
matching etc weights the results.
Create content rich, relevant and topical
sentences and paragraphs that are well written.
Once you have identified the top two or three
appropriate keyword phrases variations that potential visitors would
use to find your web site, and in particular, the page that is being
worked upon, naturally write 200–250 words of text that utilizes
those keyword phrases.
Using Keywords and Key phrases in your Markup
SE's use a page's structural markup as a handy
guide to rank the relative importance of its content and subject
matter. It is important to include popular keywords and key phrases
within your web pages and to place them within certain markup
elements. Providing content that is relevant to your target audience
will, naturally, help your search engine rankings, especially if you
intentionally make strategic use of appropriate keywords and key
phrases.

architecture.

results can play an important role in the words and phrases you use
within your web site's information architecture.
For instance, you might use keywords and key
phrases in your global and local navigation, your category labels,
page <title> element text, <heading> element text, and internal
links.

- Insert a well written 5 (five) keyword phrase into the page
Description, Title tag and Keyword meta data tags inside the

- Find the first sentence of the web page design and include a
multi-word target there.
- Find the
first group of hyperlinks and write a contextual hyperlink
including the target key word.
- Find the last paragraphed section of the page and add a
sentence in summary.
- Use accurate key phrases inside your
image alt tags and web components.
